We are delighted to welcome Josh Anderson, Application Specialist, to the Trice team.
What attracted you to Trice Imaging?
The healthcare industry has always fascinated me. Even with all the amazing tech though, there is plenty of room for improvement, especially in regards to the software systems that support it–that’s where Trice comes in. Trice has developed a cloud-based platform which is a real game-changer for medical imaging and greatly improves the healthcare process. Between the talented group of people and incredible product, joining this team was an easy decision.
What will you do at Trice imaging, what’s your job?
As an applications specialist, I am tasked with building deep technical and operational understanding of our systems and processes. My primary focus will be working closely with the engineering team to improve the Tricefy product in whatever way is needed. I’ll act as a liaison for that group to assist with requirements gathering, project coordination, and serving as a point of escalation for system issues.
What experiences do you have that will contribute to the Trice success story?
My entire career has revolved around supporting and developing extensive software systems. As the customer base for Tricefy continues to grow, so will the need for technical task management and troubleshooting. I can apply this skill set I’ve gathered over the years to further the progression and evolution of Trice.
Tell us a little something about you and your life?
Most of my life was spent in the Pacific Northwest. Since then I’ve moved on to a much different climate in Arizona. I get a lot of enjoyment spending time with friends or family wherever in the world they may be. Traveling may soon become a bigger part of my life.
