How long are the studies stored and available?

There are short-term and long-term options. Three months of storage is included with any data upload to the Tricefy™. The service can also be used as long-term storage if needed. Please note: HIPAA regulations state that online access to all studies must be maintained for seven years, or, in the case of pediatric patients, until the patient is eighteen years of age.

How do I change my password?

Account passwords can be modified by logging into the Tricefy™ system and making adjustments under “administration” at any time.

Can new users be added?

Yes. New users can be added to an account by logging into the Tricefy™ system and making adjustments under “administration” at any time.

Is there an additional fee for each user?

No. All services fees include an unlimited number of users to the service.

Can a study be resent to a patient or on to a referring physician?

Yes. Just search for the patient name in the system, enter the recipients mobile phone number or email address, and push the send button again. An identical study will be transmitted to the recipient.

What are your support hours?

We offer support during office hours 8 am – 8 pm EST Monday through Friday.
