Sales & Customer Success Manager for the Americas

Our company is looking for Sales & Customer Success Manager for the Americas!
Responsibilities:
- Manage and build out direct and indirect sales channels
- Sell Tricefy to KOLs, academic facilities, larger private clinics, and other strategic accounts
- Own and drive the closing of large enterprise deals
- Building a funnel of larger accounts
- Ensure efficient onboarding for new Tricefy customers, professional customer support, and customer satisfaction
- Develop and manage regular communication to partners and customers
- Motivate individuals and teams to exceed objectives through coaching, regular communication of results, and creative incentives
- Refine Tricefy GTM strategy and positioning
- Lead Sales team to increase closing rations, ACV, and manage their pipeline
- Set KPIs for Sales and Customer Success teams
- Report on sales activity and forecasting at an executive level
- Regional P&L Responsibility
- Travel up to 40% of time, post-COVID
Experience & Background
- 5 years of end-to-end experience in selling IT solutions into Healthcare, ideally enterprise SaaS
- At least 3 years sales leadership experience
- International sales experience preferred
- Experience working in a startup environment preferred
- Consistent proven track record of overachievement of quota expectations
- Demonstrated experience successfully leading/motivating people to achieve performance goals
- Proven ability to analyze and synthesize sales data to optimize sales funnel
- Spanish language skills welcome
