Partnership will expand access to connected, cloud-first image management for urban and semi-rural healthcare providers, supporting India's national push to digitize patient care

Trice Imaging Inc, a global leader in cloud-based medical image management, today announced a commercial agreement with TransforMed Arrogyam Pvt. Ltd. to expand access to Tricefy™, the specialized cloud platform for ultrasound, X-ray, mammography and DEXA workflows, to hospitals and clinics across India.

The partnership is in tune with India's modernizing healthcare ecosystem, accelerated by Government initiatives in digital health, rising smartphone penetration and growing health-tech investment nationwide.

“India's healthcare system is undergoing a remarkable digital health transformation, and medical imaging is a critical piece of that puzzle," states Mark A. Samii, Chief Revenue Officer at Trice Imaging. "Through this new partnership with TransforMed Arrogyam, we're bringing a proven, vendor-neutral cloud platform to providers that helps them modernize imaging workflows, connect care teams, and reach patients - regardless of where they are located.”

"Access to connected, timely and accurate imaging is one of the biggest gaps in bridging urban and semi-rural care in India," states Dr Atantra Das Gupta, Founder of TransforMed Arrogyam Private Limited and a visionary healthcare technology leader with over 26 years of leadership experience at global medical imaging companies including Samsung, Philips, and GE Healthcare. "Tricefy™ gives healthcare providers a simple way to digitize, store, share and report on medical images without heavy infrastructure investment - helping democratize access to quality diagnostic care, from the largest hospital to the smallest clinic."

“India is our 41st compliant regional market and reflects Trice Imaging's continued global expansion. It builds on our strong foundation across North America, the UK and Europe, while creating new opportunities to scale through our distributor network across other developing healthcare markets in Asia,” adds Mark A. Samii.

Tricefy™ integrates easily with existing imaging systems, regardless of vendor, for rapid deployment. It enables health teams, clinicians and patients secure access to images and reports via smartphone, tablet or computer; and helps facilities move away from traditional X-ray film and processing chemicals toward compliant, indexed digital storage and recall.

The simple, connect-anywhere reporting and structured formats of the Trice Workspace Reporting module further supports administration needs for insurance and billing, plus connects hub and spoke healthcare teams with physicians across regions or states facing clinician shortages in semi-rural regions. This helps to extend affordable, accessible patient care where it is needed most.
