Welcome to the Trice family Cynthia!

Cynthia comes to us with 10 years of software support, project management, and training experience.  Her focus has been assisting software startups build successful customer relationships and training programs using the latest technology for client support environments and eLearning platforms.  She is an advocate for the customer ensuring communication, accuracy, and satisfaction throughout the project life cycle.  Using her most recent experience in medical simulation software, she strives to work together with Trice Imaging clients to foster ongoing product development, engaging learning programs, and timely and supportive service.

What attracted you to Trice Imaging?

Immediately, the product.  Our founders saw a need for a cloud based image management solution, and they delivered it in the most technologically advanced way possible.  The first time I spoke with Aamir Siddiqi (GM of North American markets), he texted me an ultrasound video. I created an account in Tricefy from the text, I was able to comment on the video, and he commented back to me all in a matter of five minutes.  Can you imagine how powerful that would be to clinics that do not have specialists or resources in their area?  I was impressed from clearly a “coolness” factor, but then to realize the lifesaving potential of the product, I am even more honored to be part of this team.

What will you do at Trice imaging, what’s your job?

A lot of a little bit of everything!  My main focus is to be an advocate for our customers.  I want to ensure they have the tools needed to be successful with Tricefy, including project management, implementation, training, support, and account management. With this multi-faceted role, I thrive on doing something different every day and helping any way I can. If you have a question, comment, idea or would just like to chat, that’s why I’m here!

What experiences do you have that will contribute to the Trice success story?

Having spent the last 15 years in software behind the scenes and also as a consumer, I understand how important ease of use, fast support response times, simplicity of documentation, and transparent communication is for a user. My first software job was as a customer service representative. Nothing made me happier than having a caller initially extremely frustrated or angry, say thank you very much for listening, for helping, and for solving my problem.  My most recent position in medical simulation software, also provided me with a strong understanding of the medical community, and the amazing people who work countless hours providing patient care.

Tell us a little something about you and your life?

As a classically trained chef, when I’m not at a keyboard, I’m in the kitchen.  I absolutely love to travel to taste all the world has to offer.  I’ve spent the last 12 years living in Washington, DC, what I like to think of as not only our government capital, but the food capital, with delicious restaurants from all corners of the globe. I recently moved back to Chicago where I’m originally from and I’m ready to eat my way through the Windy City! Next stop, the gym.
